Looking for the name of an old website strategy game

I used to play this game online back in the early 2000's (2000-2004 I think). I believe it was meant as an educational game for kids, and as such possible on some site meant for that purpose.

The point of the game was to save up money on this alien planet so you could get back home. Some how the character you play as visits this alien planet and gets stranded. (I think they lose their money and return ticket home) The next flight back home is about a month away (although I'm suddenly thinking it might have been a year away). So in the mean time the character has to secure housing and get a job to get money to buy a ticket home in this time frame. Oh and the alien planet has this sludge or slime that's toxic to you so you also have to buy items to keep from getting sick (and I think dying), while also saving money for that ticket home hence the strategy part of the game. You have to make various choices throughout the game like what type of job you'll get and each choice has a risk/reward factor.

Because the game was website based it's possible the site went offline years ago, but it would be nice if I could find the game again.
