Looking for an old 90s videogame

Hello everyone!

I'm here to see if anyone can help me in my now 10-year-long quest to find the name of an old game I used to play on my uncle's computer during the 90s. I'll say between '95 and '98. He doesn't even remember having a game installed, so that's a dead end.

I was very young then, but here are all the characteristics I've recovered from my brain:

• It was a 2D, side-scrolling game. Similar to one called "Alien Carnage" (just for image reference).
• I remember having to grab/collect jewels or gemstones among other tasks. This is important.
• A jetpack was involved.
• Enemies? Don't remember. But maybe there was some shooting involved too.
• I played it on a PC with Windows 95 probably, so it might have been an MS-DOS game. I do remember it having a very Super Nintendo vibe.

Okay, I know it's not too much to go on, but as I said, I have been searching for the name of this game for many years. My searching skills have taken me nowhere.
