It was a first-person shooter released in 1995,maybe or around 96 to 99 for DOS and Windows. The game featured low-polygon graphics and had players face their fears across different levels. Each level represented a different fear, such as fear of heights, fear of enclosed spaces, fear of flying, and fear of clowns. The weirdest level was themed around breakfast!!.The final level was set in Hell and had "demons". The protagonist had black hair and wore a white shirt, and players could switch between first-person and third-person views, well i remember both but am not too sure about this maybe it was mostly played in 1st view.
Supposedly was an actual medical game to treat phobias, there was a spider level,i think, and one in a parking lot at night.? It was all very cheap and low quality.
It was on a cd.
