Help me find and play this game!

So, I actually have 2 questions.

  1. I want to find a full version of this game but I failed miserably. Does anyone know where to find it?
  2. Does anyone have any idea how can I play with my friend this old gem? Not on LAN, but over the internet.

The name of the game is Sky Tracks made by Hot Box games (they dont sell it anymore) i've managed to find a demo version but not a full version, I made some screenshots.
