Does anyone know of the game I’m talking about?

Hi, there's this game that I've been trying to find ever since I saw it back in kindergarten (which was a long time ago).

It's an old point and click adventure game.

The graphics were in the style of the Sega Genesis.

I think it was an educational game because there's no other reason for there to be that kind of game in a kindergarten.

The only part of the game that I remember is when these four characters were walking out of a dark forest onto a field of grass or wheat, this strange song starts playing and a giant black creature (I think it was a bird or a dragon), flies down and disappears, just this strange shadow whooshing in and then the music stops, the game goes back to normal with the four characters being able to walk to different parts of the world by clicking to where they should go.

I looked up and dug through the internet and couldn't find anything that was close to what I was thinking.

Perhaps my memories were warped and the game was something completely different, but that's what I know of about the game.
